Postponement of expiry of Water Plan (Baffle Creek Basin) - 2010

The Baffle Creek Basin water plan is due to expire on 1 September 2021. The Minister for Natural Resources, Mines and Energy has released a public notice of the intention to extend the life of the water plan (PDF, 20.7KB) until 1 September 2030.

The Minister's performance assessment report for the Water Plan (Baffle Creek Basin) 2010 (PDF, 1.1MB) provides further information and supporting assessments relating to the intended extension.

You are invited to make a submission using an online survey on the proposal to extend the expiry of the Baffle Creek Basin water plan.

We ask that you identify yourself so that your submission may be considered properly made under the Water Act 2000 and so that we may respond to your submission and contact you for further information or consultation, if required.

NOTE: All submissions will be treated as confidential. However, please note submissions may be viewed by other parties under the provisions of the Right to Information Act 2009.

Submissions close at 5pm on Friday, 29 March 2019.
