Regional Projects
The Department of Communities uses its network of regional offices to work with communities throughout the state.
Regional projects are diverse and tailored for local needs. They range from initiatives like Sista Girl in Wide Bay (a project to help young Indigenous women to get involved in government decision-making) to Quick Step (a workshop in North Queensland to help not-for-profit groups to reduce managerial pressures).
