Network of Governments for Sustainable Development
The site has links to international agreements relevant to sustainable development and a library of regional development policies from across the world.

The Regional Institute
It raises community awareness of science and advocates uniform publishing standards and the adoption of guidelines for website usability.

The Foundation for Australian Agricultural Women
Aims to improve the participation of rural and agricultural women in decision making at all levels.

Foundation for Rural and Regional Renewal The foundation supports the development of regional community foundations through seed funding and challenge grants.

The Australia New Zealand Regional Science Association International (ANZRSAI)
It is concerned with all aspects of regional analysis and development.

Commonwealth regional information directory
Assists regional and rural Australians in particular, but there are also entries on Commonwealth programmes and services available to community groups, local authorities and other organisations.
