Proposal to prepare an amendment to the
Transport Operations (Passenger Transport) Standard 2000 to change certain defined terms
The Transport Operations (TransLink Transit Authority) Act 2008 (the TransLink Act) assented to 21 May 2008 amended and removed definitions in the Transport Operations (Passenger Transport) Act 1994 (the Act). These have consequential effects on the Transport Operations (Passenger Transport) Standard 2000 (the Standard). Queensland Transport proposes to amend the Standard to incorporate the definition changes to ensure the current provisions of the Standard are retained. Find out more information >> |
