The Community Engagement & Development Policy Unit of the Department of Communities works with government agencies and communities across the state. It explores and implements effective ways of working cooperatively to develop solutions to local problems, improve the way government services are provided and enhance the quality of life for Queenslanders.
The Community Engagement & Development Policy Unit is developing new and innovative approaches to engaging communities and is building on the many successful examples of community-government collaboration.
